30-Day Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

We stand behind our work. If you have a concern about workmanship within 30 days of project completion, we will make it right. This policy describes how we handle those situations fairly and transparently.

01.Covered Work

This policy applies to all residential and light commercial electrical services completed by Robinson Electrical Contractors, Inc. It covers labor charges for services rendered at your property within the past 30 calendar days.

02.Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the issue must be directly attributable to our workmanship — not to pre-existing conditions, client-supplied materials, client-directed deviations from code, subsequent modifications by another party, or acts of nature. A Robinson Electrical project manager must be given the opportunity to inspect the work in question before a refund is issued.

03.What We Fix First

In nearly all cases, we will correct the issue at no charge before any discussion of a monetary refund. Our first commitment is to make the work right. Refund requests without first allowing us an opportunity to remedy the situation may be declined.

04.Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us in writing at office@robinsonelectrical.company or by mail at 125 Levi Patterson Rd, Waco, GA 30182 within 30 days of project completion. Include your project address, the date work was completed, your invoice number, and a description of the concern.

05.Refund Amount

Approved refunds will be for the portion of labor charges directly related to the disputed work. Material costs, permit fees, and equipment costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective and not covered by a manufacturer warranty. Refunds will be issued by check or by credit to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

06.Exclusions

This policy does not apply to: (a) permit fees and government-imposed charges; (b) special-order materials and equipment; (c) work performed at your specific direction that deviated from our written recommendation; (d) services rendered on emergency call-outs where the scope was defined at the time of dispatch; or (e) projects where final payment has not been received.

07.Dispute Resolution

If you believe your refund request was unfairly denied, you may escalate to our project director at the same contact above. Unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with the binding arbitration clause in our Terms of Service.
