Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Acceptance

By requesting services from Robinson Electrical Contractors, Inc., you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work performed by our company.

2. Services

All electrical services are performed by licensed Georgia electrical contractors. Scope of work is defined in a written proposal signed by both parties prior to any work beginning. Verbal agreements are not binding.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Estimates may be revised if site conditions differ materially from what was visible at the time of the site walk, or if the customer requests changes to scope after the estimate is signed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each contract. Residential projects typically require a deposit at signing with the balance due upon completion. Commercial projects may be billed on progress milestones. Past-due invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

5. Permits

Robinson Electrical will pull all required permits. Permit fees are passed through to the client at cost. We will not perform work that requires a permit without one, regardless of client request.

6. Warranty

Labor is warranted for 2 years from the date of project completion. Equipment and material warranties are provided by manufacturers and transferred to the client. Warranty does not cover damage caused by client modifications, acts of nature, or third-party interference.

7. Liability Limitation

Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the total amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Haralson County, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
